Hair must be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and in original condition.
Bundle ties must be intact and not cut
Product must be returned in original packaging
Any signs of use (cut wefts, combing, washing, or installation) will void the return.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval
Approved refunds will be Issued to your original payment method Please allow 5-10 business days for processing
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are:
Defective or 
Incorrect item was received
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof to ensure exchange
